We offer bespoke 90-minute private health screening appointments with our GPs. Often referred to as a “full body MOT”, these screenings are carefully tailored to your unique health profile for a truly personalised and comprehensive experience.

Health Screening For Men

£810 Under 45s
£890 Over 45s

A full consultation takes approximately 1.5 hours and includes:

Discussion of general medical history, family history and lifestyle/dietary advice
Detailed physical examination including skin check
Measurement of height, weight & blood pressure
Full general blood profile
Lung function test
Urine test
Bowel cancer screen (stool test)
Prostate cancer screen (over 45s but can be carried out earlier)

We will provide you with a full health report, which includes lifestyle advice to support your future health.

Extra tests can be arranged:

Bone density scan
Chest X-ray
Coronary artery screen (CT angiogram/CT calcium score)
Prostate MRI
Sexually transmitted disease screen

Patients are required to fast for 12 hours prior to the appointment with nothing to eat or drink except water.

Health Screening For Women

A full consultation takes approximately 1.5 hours and includes:

Discussion of general medical history (incl. gynaecological history), family history and lifestyle/dietary advice
Detailed physical examination including skin check
Measurement of height, weight & blood pressure
Breast examination and tuition
Pelvic examination
Cervical smear
Full general blood profile
Lung function test
Urine test
Bowel cancer screen (stool test)

We will provide you with a full health report, which includes lifestyle advice to support your future health.

Extra tests can be arranged:

Mammography
High vaginal swab
Sexually transmitted disease screen
Menopause screen
Ovarian cancer screen
Coronary artery screen (CT angiogram/CT calcium score)
Chest x-ray
Transvaginal ultrasound scan
Bone density scan

Fertility Health Screen

In addition to our Full Health Screens, we are pleased to offer a Fertility Health Screen for women with Dr Clare Thompson, who has a special interest in this area.

Consultations are 30 minutes and include:

Comprehensive review of your medical history
Gynaecological examination, where appropriate
Advice on optimising fertility
Full general blood profile and fertility/hormonal blood profile

Transvaginal ultrasound scans can be arranged locally (separate fee)

Teenage/Pre-university health check

A full consultation takes approximately 45 minutes.

This check-up specifically covers common concerns relevant at this time in a young adult’s life, such as:

Healthy eating and exercise / Body image concerns
Skin Issues
Mental Wellbeing / Exam stress / Bullying
Drugs and Alcohol, and Sexual Health (where appropriate)
Discussion of general medical history
Review of vaccination status
Full physical examination, including urine test

Extra tests are available for an additional fee:

General blood screen
Cardiac echo and ECG can be arranged locally (for those who play regular high-intensity sports)
