Dr. Jill Harling has been my doctor for many years, and I hold her in the highest regard. She is a rare kind of doctor—one who truly listens, cares, and provides exceptional support. Her professionalism is outstanding, and her good sense of humor is invaluable, especially when managing the challenges of chronic, long-term health conditions.

Dr Ladbrooke – Amazing Doctor, has followed my son since he was 2 weeks old. Always put me and my son at ease. Careful and detailed explanation of what he is doing, empathetic and wonderful attitude, approachable- I have complete trust in him

I used the Courtfield out of hours service late on a Sunday night in June 2025 and was extremely impressed. Dr Joseph came at the agreed time, was thorough, reassuring and very competent. I had a follow up call and text after the appointment to check everything was alright. I cannot recommend the service and Dr Joseph highly enough.
