Please note that for new patients we require payment in advance of £280 to guarantee your booking, which includes your patient registration fee.
New patients registering with the practice will also need to show photo ID in the following forms:
- Children = a passport/ID card
- Adults = a passport/ID card/driving licence.
We would ask all new patients to kindly arrive 10 minutes before their appointment to complete the registration paperwork.
