Private GP Membership

Our private GP membership scheme has been designed to enable you to come as often as every month.*

We offer a family membership scheme where a second child (and subsequent children) can join with a 50% monthly discount if a parent and first child are already registered.

*up to 12 face-to-face or video consultations per year

Membership Fees

Child (6 – 15 Years)	£120 per month
Child (5 years and under)	£130 per month
Family Membership	50% monthly discount for a second child**
* One-off joining fee also applies to couples/families – if a subsequent family member joins at a later date, there is no additional joining fee **and subsequent children – if a parent and first child are already registered.

Our membership includes:

Up to 12 face-to-face or video consultations per year

50% discount on telephone consultations

50% discount on email consultations

10% discount on all vaccinations

Repeat prescriptions (including free delivery of medication)

All administrative costs e.g. referrals and insurance forms

All baby and child developmental health checks including teenage/pre-university health checks

Annual medication review for adults

Please note: Laboratory tests, home visits and “out-of-hours services” are not covered by the membership scheme.

Membership Policy

Your first month’s payment to our private GP membership scheme will be due on the day you join, with monthly payments thereafter

Our minimum membership period is one year. If you intend to leave the scheme you will need to write to the Courtfield Private Practice giving one month’s notice of your intention.

It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your details, including change of address, telephone numbers and advising us when children have outgrown a fee band.

Membership cancellation within one year of joining will incur an administration fee of:

Less than 6 months of membership = 2 months’ fees
Less than 12 months of membership = 1 month’s fee

Out of Hours Policy

When the Courtfield Private Practice surgery is closed, appointments and visitations will be handled by our in-house GP Dr Krishan Joseph.
