Book an Appointment
You can book an appointment via email, giving us a call, or through our patient portal. If you are a new patient, then you will first need to register with us.
We understand the stresses that modern families face and it’s our policy to give you enough time to fully discuss your worries and concerns. We also allow time for a full clinical examination and to plan the future management of your health with you.
Routine appointments are 30 minutes long, with a full health screen requiring 1.5 hours and well woman screening 1 hour. All patients with urgent health concerns will be seen “on the day”. Every effort is made to ensure patients are offered appointment dates and times of their choosing.
New patients registering with the practice will need to show photo ID in the following forms;
- Children = a passport/ID card
- Adults = a passport/ID card/driving licence.
THE PATIENT PORTAL
Our first class service now includes a ‘Patient Portal’. Our easy-to-use booking system enables you to make your own appointments, view test results and other medical documents online.
If you are a new patient, you will find your registration forms on the portal. We may also upload forms to the patient portal ahead of a consultation if we need more information before a medical.
To access the portal, you will need your email address (the one we have on record). If you have trouble logging in, reception can send you a link that will reset your account.
We have created a step-by-step guide explaining how to use the features most relevant to you. Click on the link below to learn how to use our new Patient Portal.
OUT OF HOURS
Out of hours emergencies will be dealt with wherever possible by one of the practice doctors or alternatively by one of our colleagues from Concierge Doctor service. They will inform us of any overnight contact the following morning.

- If you fail to attend your appointment you will incur a charge of 50% of the consultation fee (including scheme members)
REFERRALS
In the event that a second opinion is required, we have a comprehensive referral system in place. We pride ourselves in having established close links with London’s leading consultants practising in all fields. We are able to draw on these links to ensure you receive treatment as promptly and as efficiently as possible.
We also work in close association with leading complimentary medical practitioners in the fields of dietetics, osteopathy, physiotherapy, chiropractic, aromatherapy, reflexology, homeopathy, psychotherapy, clinical psychology and the Alexander Technique.
HOME VISITS
There are times when you simply can’t get to the surgery, so we offer home visits on request. Please see our price list for fees.
We can only guarantee home visits to the following postcodes: SW1, SW3, SW5, SW6, SW7, SW10, SW11, W6, W8, W11, W12, W14
A practice doctor can often visit patients living outside of these postcodes at the end of the day, or alternatively we can arrange a visit from one of our partner GP visiting services.
