About Courtfield Private Practice

Dr Tim Ladbrooke and Dr Jill Harling, husband and wife team, founded Courtfield Private Practice over 25 years ago. Courtfield is proud to continue to be a family-owned and family-run private general practice, with Tim and Jill’s daughter, Dr Sophie Ladbrooke, joining the team in 2022.

Courtfield has a wonderful team of long established doctors who work closely together – Dr Clare Thompson and Dr Ebba Khalil joined in 2014, and Dr Russell Ward in 2016. Dr Sophie Ladbrooke joined in 2022, and Dr Krishan Joseph is the newest member of our team having joined in 2024.

We are a family practice who delight in looking after patients from the newborn period to the elderly. In addition to routine family general practice we have particular expertise in paediatrics as well as health screening for both men and women.

You can visit us for an individual consultation or as part of our membership scheme. We offer consultations in person, by phone, video, email and also offer home visits.

As an independent organisation our Courtfield doctors have the freedom to refer to the top specialists in their fields, across the range of private hospitals in London, to ensure our patients receive the best care.

We serve our local community alongside patients from all over the world who value our expertise. Continuity of care and a commitment to care are our core values.

Dr Krishan Joseph is also available out of hours to answer your calls and provide home visits when the surgery is closed. He can be contacted directly on 07960 460 204.
