World Mental Health Day

Today 10th October 2023 we celebrate World Mental Health Day to raise awareness of mental health problems and to show everyone that mental health matters.

Mental health is just as important as physical health so please remember to be kind to yourselves and ask for help if you need it.

If you would like to make an appointment with one of our doctors to discuss any mental health concerns then please contact our reception team.

“Mental health problems don’t define who you are. They are something you experience. You walk in the rain and you feel the rain, but you are not the rain.” — Matt Haig

“There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn’t.” — John Green
