Flu Clinics
As we welcome the autumn months and the low temperatures, we would like to let you know that our nurse-led flu clinics will start next week, and these will be held on the following days:
Saturday 4th October
Monday 6th October
Friday 10th October
Friday 17th October
Saturday 18th October
As every year, booking your flu vaccine with the nurse will not incur a consultation fee, but if you want to book an appointment with one of the GPs, this will attract a vaccination appointment fee in addition to the vaccine fee.
For those of you that have not been vaccinated against pneumonia, shingles, RSV (all recommended for patients over 65 years old) or Covid, this can be done at the same time with the nurse.
Flu vaccine – £35
Pneumonia – £100
Shingles (2 doses given 2 months apart) – £250 per dose
Arexvy (RSV vaccine for over 60’s) – £275
Abrysvo (RSV vaccine for pregnant women after the 28th week of pregnancy) – £275
Comirnaty (Covid vaccine) – £120

** PLEASE NOTE THAT NASAL FLU VACCINES FOR CHILDREN ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO THE PRIVATE SECTOR.

Late Evening and Out Of Hours Appointments
We would like to remind you that we now offer a 24/7 service at Courtfield, as Dr Krishan Joseph who joined us last year is available to answer your calls and provide home visits when the practice is closed throughout the night and at weekends. For those few occasions when Dr Joseph is not available (such as during annual leave or sickness), out of hours cover will be provided by our colleagues at Concierge Doctor.
In addition to ensuring that a Courtfield GP is available out of hours, Dr Joseph will also be offering a late evening surgery (until 8pm) on Tuesdays from 30th September.
Video Consultations
For those of you that are busy at work and are not able to come in for a face-to-face appointment, video consultations with our GPs are also available. These are charged at the same rate as face-to-face appointments.
Renovation of Front Steps
Please be advised that we will be undertaking renovation work on our front steps over the next few days. The practice will remain fully accessible, and we thank you for your patience while the work is underway.
